The wood for this ring came from an old abandoned boat we found long ago, hiding within the local canyons. When sanded just enough, some of the wood grain comes through the layers of old paint. The exposed wood surfaces were arranged to form symmetrical lines from the grain that move throughout the ring. The sides are accented with small ceanothus burl inlays.
